Each cleaning challenge is addressed in easy-to understand step by step procedures, showing the exact product to be used, and how to use it. They are Bridgepoint product specific to help you standardize your company procedures to make sure all technicians are doing things exactly the same way. Each Jump Start Quick Reference Guide CD comes with a PowerPoint Viewer you can install on your computer for free if you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint, so they can be vied on any PC computer. Since the files are large and contain a lot of graphics, pictures and supporting video, they may take a while to load on older computers.
