ABOUT JUMP START TECHNICAL TRAINING MODULES
Bridgepoint, in partnership with the ABS group, introduces the newest and finest concept in technical training. Taking our model from the Fast Track Marketing and Management Modules, we have created interactive training modules for technical subjects. Train new techs - These modules are the single best way to train a new technician. Your technician will watch a Power Point presentation accompanied by a voice track, video and still pictures. If he misses a point he may simply back up to the previous slide. At the end of each section the program has a quiz that the technician can take to be sure he has understood the main points of the presentation. At the end of the presentation he can take a test that qualifies for IICRC Continuing Education Credits. English or Spanish - Another important feature of the Jump Start modules is that the voice track is recorded in both English and Spanish. This allows you to train Spanish speaking technicians without having to purchase a separate module. Each Jump Start module contains MSDS for chemicals mentioned and laminated cleaning guides. These guides are to be used on the job so the technician has correct formulas and techniques at his fingertips. They are laminated to avoid dame in wet situations. They will last for a long time. The Bridgepoint Technical Training System Jump Start modules are the first part of the Bridgepoint Technical Training System. The next step is to do hands-on training in your own company. Next, send them to the Fast Track Technical Seminars where they will get more hands-on experience and begin to learn why the techniques and chemicals work. Finally, when your are sure that your technician is "a keeper" send him to an IICRC class for complete theory of the topic and to gain credentials. |
