      Commercial Cleaning Initiative

Bridgepoint University is the educational division of Bridgepoint Systems, one of the cleaning and restoration industry’s largest manufacturers of equipment, chemicals, and accessories. Together with instructor Dane Gregory, Bridgepoint has put together a new comprehensive two day training program entitled “The Commercial Cleaning Initiative.” This two day course is about preparing the professional cleaning contractor to expand into high end commercial cleaning opportunities in carpet cleaning, low moisture carpet cleaning, stone care, maintenance and polishing, and wood floor recoating. Dane Gregory, instructor for the course had this to say: “We surveyed hundreds of cleaning companies about what they felt they needed to expand their commercial cleaning business. They narrowed the focus to three main issues – how to develop an on-going program, how to do the work, and how much to charge for the work. That is what this course is all about. It’s a mixture of technical know how, planning, and implementing.”

The Commercial Cleaning Initiative class is all about helping cleaners who have traditionally done mainly residential cleaning expand into high end commercial cleaning. Doyle Bloss, VP of Marketing and Education for Bridgepoint stated, “This class is not about getting the cleaning at the local pizza place or pancake restaurant. It is about lucrative high end commercial floor maintenance and bridging the gap between our industry’s technical know how of how to get the job done right and the often compromising, mediocre cleaning and care done in the commercial marketplace. There are simply too many commercial facilities with huge investments in carpet, wood, and stone floors that are not properly being taken care of. Our customers have the technical knowledge. They just need to gain an understanding of how to get their foot in the door, and to plan and implement the large commercial job. That is what this course is all about.

FastTrack Mission POSSIBLE, Make More Money Sem.

This incredible one day training program will introduce your company to a wide array of services you can add to your service menu for increased sales and profits. The Business Diversification Forum is usually a one-day course covering two to three separate topics from the list below. Consult your school schedule for more information.

    Stone, Tile and Grout Cleaning

    Leather Cleaning -

Wood Floor Cleaning, Recoating, and Refinishing

    Duct Cleaning

Commercial Carpet Cleaning for the Residential Cleaner
The fact is that there is a lot of great training and programs out there. Some teach you the technical side of cleaning and spotting. Some teach you how to market and manage your business. The "Mission POSSIBLE, Make More Money" Seminar puts the two together, bringing you up to date with the latest technology, and then teaching you proven techniques for getting top dollar for applying that technology.
You'll receive all the skills you'll need during the seminar. This isn't a marketing class and it isn't a come on for some expensive marketing program and there's nothing else to buy. You'll be able to start utilizing your new skills the very next day.
Many cleaning companies have left the industry against their will, in other words they failed. Not one of them failed because they did not know how to clean. It was always because they left money on the table at each and every job. They failed to recognize the opportunities by cleaning other surfaces in the house. We will not waste that opportunity again. Find leather, tile, stone, wood and other areas to leave every customers house with more cash.

I will reveal our proven secrets for how to get the most money from each customer. I’ll divulge how actually selling the customer the right add-on will turn your customer into a raving, enthusiastic fan. I’ll show you how to systemize your business so it can eventually run without you. Most importantly, I’ll expose the secret to changing your entire company focus to doing the most profitable things first.

FastTrack One Day to Real Money

Developing a blueprint for growth, freedom, and profits in your cleaning business. A new one-day class for owners and managers only.

Why is this class for Owners and Managers only?
There are a few important reasons that we don't think it is a good idea for your technicians to come to this class:
    • They can be in the field earning you money with the techniques that they learned in the IICRC class
    • Much of the material is about business mamagement. You will be learning techniques that will make your business more profitable and easier to manage. This is material that is directed at owners and managers for you to train your technicians exactly how you want your company to do it.
    • You will also learn the most profitable things that you and your techs can do. These are techniques and products on which you can easily train your employees.
    • When you understand that the FASTTRACK ONE DAY TO REAL MONEY class requires a certain typer of employee to implement, you may realize that your current technicians need to change or they need to be replaced. This is not exactly the message that you want your technicians to hear in a classroom setting.

So what is this class about?
Rob Hanks, President of Bridgepoint Systems is famous for saying, "Carpet cleaning makes a crappy hobby". This class is about working smart, doing the most profitable things and making your business into something special.

IF ANY OF THESE STATEMENTS BELOW APPLY TO YOU, YOU NEED THE FASTTRACK ONE DAY TO REAL MONEY CLASS.

    • I have created a hard, low paying job for myself. If you feel that you are living the life that may not be even as good as your employees, you need to attend this class.

    • I can't keep the employees that I have, let alone find good ones to replace them. If your company is not structured to give your associates a good lifestyle, you need to let Doug teach you how to change.

    • My equipment is wearing down at the same rate as my resolve. This is a symptom of poor business structure and low profits. Let Doug teach you and inspire you.
